Welcome!

Hi, My name is Brandy and I want to welcome you to my blog!
Before we get started, I just want to let you know that this isn't your typical blog where you will read about every detail of my life-good or bad. I am not going to write about my trials and joys of parenting, relationships, school, work, etc. So, if that's what you came here for-sorry to disappoint you. 
However, I will write about my trials and joys of training for marathons and triathlons. I will happily share some awesome recipes and health tips. I will share with you ways to get and stay motivated in finding a happier and healthier YOU! I welcome and encourage your questions, tips, recipes, trials and successes as well!
